Old Coach Road is in a conservation area and gates close 19:00.
Late check-in will be allowed until 21:00. No check-in will be accepted after 21H00 and we request that you plan your trip accordingly. Once checked-in, guests will be provided with gate access.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Child Policy
We welcome children and trust that parents ensure that they are not a disturbance to other guests and that they are always under supervision around the pool.
Reservations & Payments
POS-facility for debit/credit cards is available (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro). Deposits can be done by EFT. We will provide details by email when you make your reservation. A deposit of 50% will normally be required to confirm your reservation.
Special event weekends that take place in Barberton will require a deposit of 100%.
Our cancellation policy: Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or no-show will unfortunately forfeit the deposit. Part cancellation within 7 days for group bookings, where one or more rooms are cancelled, the room rate booked will be charged if the rooms cannot be sold. Deposits will not be forfeited in the case of travel restrictions imposed as a result of Covid-19 safety measures.
